Director & CEO
Founder and chief executive of Nam Group, Pascal leads the Group’s strategy, partnerships and growth across logistics, telematics and business support services in Uganda and the region.
Pauline Nyapendi
Director
A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years at the Bank of Uganda’s Bank Supervision Directorate, where she supervised commercial banks and financial institutions. A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Professional, she provides strategic leadership, financial oversight and governance for the Group and its subsidiaries, including SkyTrack Uganda Ltd.
Kwach Owor-Obbo
Company Secretary
A visionary leader with extensive experience in operations, project management and strategic planning across construction, pharmaceuticals, finance, consultancy and logistics. Known for his results-driven approach, he has a proven track record of boosting sales, profitability and growth in competitive environments.
Lawrence Tumwine
Chief Operating Officer
Lawrence oversees daily operations, strategy and business development at Nam Group. With over 15 years in NGOs and private companies across transport, logistics, road safety advocacy and operations management, he holds a Projects Planning and Management certification from UMI and a Bachelor of Development Studies from Gulu University.
